Gracie's Gotcha Ginger was founded in 2001 by Wayne Farrell and Wanda Bell-Farrell. Their meeting in 2000 was kismet, and ginger was the main attraction. As a young boy growing up in the beautiful islandTrinidad, Wayne loved the pungent root, and has kept it in his culinary repetoire ever since. He found numerous uses for the root to maintain health and stamina during his competitive cycling days, and, today, he and Wanda are bringing these healthy flavors right to you. The company is named after their daughter, Gracie, who continues to be the motivation and inspiration.
