Ginger Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry

1 cup brown basmati rice
1 cup frozen spinach, drained
1 cup mixed vegetables for stir fry
2 teaspoons Gracie’s Gotcha Ginger Sweet Fire
¼ cup teriyaki sauce (your favorite)
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup chopped onions
½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
½ tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

Cook rice as instructed on package. Let sit. Heat a frying pan or wok on medium to high heat. Add sesame and olive oil. Let heat. Add garlic and onions; cook until onions are almost translucent. Add mixed vegetables and let cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add spinach, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Continue stirring. Add Sweet FireÔ, teriyaki, and soy sauce. Stir for approximately 2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to your liking. Add rice and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Remove from heat and let sit. Serve while warm.
