3-3 1/2 pounds chicken winglets
¼ cup of Gracie’s Gotcha Ginger Sweet Fire
½ cup teriyaki sauce (your favorite)
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon cumin1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
Wash chicken thoroughly, towel dry and salt.
In a separate bowl, place the remaining ingredients. Mix
well. Pour chicken in bowl with the marinade. Place in
refrigerator for 1 – 3 hours covered with wax or cellophane
paper. Remove from refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 375. Remove chicken from bowl on to an
aluminum foil lined broiler pan, reserving sauce. Place in
preheated oven and bake for 30-45 minutes. Brush with remaining
marinade until chicken is brown, approximately 15-20 minutes
more. Let cool, then serve.
